Complexity may include such things as finding and procuring resources capable of creating BIM models; working with several stakeholders using a variety of software and hardware products; legal issues pertaining to ownership of intellectual properties rights, contracting methods and insurance; risks and rewards; leveraging BIM data for Commissioning and Facilities Operations.
